Yes, Online Designer Studio is based on HTML5 and Javascript and can be integrated with any platform of any language. We provide a document that explains all input and output parameters and work closely with your Technical Team to get it to work.
2. Can I add or modify the product catalog and content after website is setup?
Yes. You can add any number of products in Pixopa Web-to-Print System after setup. This can be done by adding each product individually or by following a simple product import process, which automatically creates all variants of the product and associates them to the master product.
You can also edit product attributes like Size, Price, Binding, Paper Type, etc, and edit content like Name, Description, Short Description etc. Not only that, you can enable or disable any Product, or even delete it permanently.
3. Can we host Web-to-Print system on our server?
Yes. We can setup Pixopa on your server at a different pricing.
4. Can I apply any Magento Theme to my Web-to-Print Storefront?
Yes, we can integrate any other Magento Theme at a low additional charge. It takes around 14-20 hours to integrate any 3rd Party Theme. You will need to provide us the theme files for integration.
5. Do I get the complete source code of your system after paid signup?
No. Pixopa is a Software as a Service based system and code is proprietary.
6. Can Pixopa’s Online Designer Studio handle personalization of any product of any Shape, Size and Pages?
Yes. Pixopa’s Online Designer Studio enables you to personalize / customize any product of any shape, size, and pages. You just need to provide us the product layout for each size and shape, which will be used by the Studio as canvas. Thus, like in real life, a rectangle label of size 3.5” X 4” will have different canvas than that of a circular 2” X 2” label.
7. What is the output format generated by online designer for completed orders?
Completed designs are output in a Hi-Res PDF format.
8. Do I get a White Labeled version of the Web-to-Print System?

Yes. Pixopa Web-to-Print Storefronts adapt themselves to mobile devices. You can now target Tablet and Mobile Users with Pixopa Web-to-Print.
Pixopa’s Online Designer Studio works absolutely fine on iPads and iPhones, where other Flash-based Studios fail. This is because Pixopa’s Design Studio is not based on Flash but is built on HTML5 and Javascript.
11. Can we sell products that don’t need to be personalized (for example watches, cell phones, shoes etc.) on your Web-to-Print system?
Yes. You can sell any products on Pixopa Web-to-Print Store. Ability to personalize products is an additional feature that Pixopa provides, which you may choose to use.
12. How much time does it take to setup the server instance for trial?
1–2 days, depending on number of products you want to add.
Pixopa has simple data formats that you can easily fill-in. As soon as you send us the data sheet, our team will setup the system in not more than a days time.
13. What data and information needs to be provided for server setup?
Product, Category, and Customer Information.
Pixopa Web-to-Print has simple data formats that you can easily fill-in for your Products and Categories in Web-to-Print store. Product data contains simple details like Product’s Name, Price, Image Filename, Size, and other Attributes that create product variants. Category data contains categories you want the product templates to be associated to their Description, Image Filename, etc. With this data, you just need to send images of Products and Categories.
With this, you also need to provide data of your existing customers in CSV / XLS formats, if any.
14. What is your Payment Policy?
There are basically 2 parts of payment we receive from you
i. Fixed Monthly Subscription Fee

i. Fixed Monthly Subscription Fee
You don’t need to pay hefty setup fees or invest on big servers to host your Web-to-Print software. Just pay us a small monthly fee to host your Web-to-Print system on our servers. This fee has to be paid in advance at the start of every month. Pixopa doesn’t charge any fees for first 15 days in Bronze and Silver plans and for first 30 days in Gold and Platinum plans for the trial period. We do not charge any Transaction Fees on the your revenue. We only charge a flat fee.
ii. Customization Fees (if applicable)
Customization is any change is Pixopa Web-to-Print system which is specially done for your website. Efforts involved in this customization will be charged as per man-hour rates of resources involved. For any customization requirement generated by you, we will send you the time and effort estimates. After your approval, the customization will be done. We will raise weekly / fortnightly invoice for all the customization efforts to you. This amount needs to be paid in 15 days of raising invoice.
15. What is the Product Upgrade Policy?
All bug fixes and system upgrades are free of charge. Pixopa Team will notify you before any major upgrade and backup your data before the upgrade process. There will be a minimal downtime only during US after hours.
16. Do I have to pay for any bug fixes in the system?
No. You don’t have to pay for any bug-fixes in the plain vanilla system; you just have to pay for customization part of it.
17. Can the system be customized or modified to add more functionality per additional requirement?
Yes. Pixopa Web-to-Print is flexible and scalable. We will be happy to add more functionality to Pixopa Web-to-Print so that it helps take your business to new heights. Every new requirement will be studied by our Business Analysis and Technical team, and time and effort estimates will be communicated to you. On your approval, we will customize it per your requirements.
18. What is a Product Line?
A Product Line is a unique product category or type. It can have many sizes or color variations. For example – Business Cards is one product line and you can have different sizes of Business Cards like Square, Rounded Corners or Two-sided. Brochures would be another Product line and could in itself have many variations of sizes and paper types. Our basic Bronze package allows you to sell 4 product-lines and if you want to add more products, you can pay $29.99/month per additional product line. This allows small businesses, who sell few products, to afford Pixopa System and pay for more products as they grow.
